Jersey Shore Alpaca FarmDuring Isla’s preschool¬†spring break last week we tried to keep as busy as possible. We scheduled play dates, went to music class, finally made it to the Please Touch Museum with friends, had a picnic on the beach and went to an alpaca Farm. Yep. You read that right. We drove all the way down to Cape May, N.J. to have a picnic on the beach followed by a visit to an alpaca farm with Isla’s best buddy Carmen and his mom Blair (my buddy from college). It was a windy, but beautiful spring beach day and I was really excited to introduce Theo to his summer home. Isla and Carmen chased each other, sang songs and were generally just really adorable together. As for the alpacas, the kids mostly kept their distance while Blair and I fed them carrots and tried not to get spit on, but I think it was a fun experience for them anyway. And Isla keeps talking about how she and “Carmy” saw “pacas” so clearly they made at impression.Cape May, NJ BeachJersey Shore Alpaca FarmCape May, NJ BeachCape May, NJ BeachJersey Shore Alpaca FarmJersey Shore Alpaca FarmBeach DayCape May, NJ BeachJersey Shore Alpaca Farm Cape May, NJ Beach Cape May, NJ Beach
