excitement ensuing

My new blog design is almost ready and let me tell you it is lovely. I want to marry it. Maybe I will. My first set of business cards based on the new design (by my brilliantly talented friend Susan) has been ordered and I am so excited I could pee. Ew! No but really. They should arrive just in time for me to exchange my digits with other style lovers at next week’s Independent Fashion Bloggers Conference (#ifbcon) in NYC! So say goodbye to the pearls and oyster shells because mama’s getting a makeover. I’m hoping to dedicate all my upcoming free time to implementing Susan’s changes and then some day soon you will feast your eyes on the new fancy face for this little place where I TMI you to death every day. Yay!

Lindley, her sister and her mom make these beautiful pieces by hand in their kitchen in Philadelphia -- at least they did when i bought this pretty necklace a few years ago. they're known as Studio47West (note: the stunner modeling the baubles is Lindley herself. I know, right!)]
