Petite frames and shift dresses are not friends. Well, not without belts at least. I found this electric blue striped dress at Anthropologie the other day and knew all it needed was a good cinch to fit my shortness. How cute is this one’s twisty pretzel shape?! This dress turned out to be the perfect frock for a long day of work followed by a friend’s wedding rehearsal. I grabbed my favorite clutch, added some bangles and was out the door in minutes. Don’t you just love when one basic piece makes life easy, comfortable and stylish?
