If you ask me, Sundays should be reserved for walks in the park. A few weekends ago we found ourselves in desperate need of an activity, anything, not wedding related. So we headed out for a stroll through Rittenhouse to grab brunch (yes, we eat a lot of brunch!), peek at the pretty townhouses along Sansom Street and stop at the park to people watch and smell the flowers. It was pure bliss. I will say, as excited as I am to marry the love of my life, I am eager for the craziness that is wedding planning to be over. While I love the girlie things in life and adore the idea of all our loved ones in one place celebrating a beautiful new beginning, I much prefer our quiet little life filled with dinners with friends, wine Fridays and trips down the shore. Let’s just say, I am so looking forward to a lifetime of peaceful Sunday strolls in the park with my husband-to-be.
day of wandering
